Our Diamond Brand^® products serve many industries with products that include Moist, Dried and Granulated Ferrous Sulfate, blended and granulated micronutrients, and custom granulated blends. We're the largest North American supplier of Ferrous Sulfate products, processing over 90,000 tons annually through our two facilities.

QC Corporation Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Imported raw materials are off loaded from ships, barged up the Mississippi and transported to our plant in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Domestic raw materials are obtained by truck from area steel mills. Up to 15,000 tons of Moist Ferrous Sulfate is available at all times for immediate shipment from our 45,000 sq. ft. raw material warehouse.

Add-Iron Corporation North Lima, Ohio
Raw materials are also offloaded and barged up the Ohio River and transported to our North Lima, Ohio facility. Domestic raw materials are obtained by truck from area steel mills. Up to 5,000 tons of Moist Ferrous Sulfate is maintained at this facility for immediate shipment.

Quality Management:
All incoming raw materials are qualified for compliance with processing and finished product specifications before they are used in production. Our experienced chemists use a variety of qualitative and quantitative analytical procedures including Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP), Atomic Absorption (AA) and various wet testing procedures - including titration - to determine acceptability. Materials are sampled and tested at critical stages of production to insure process consistency. Our quality assurance process is carried through to finished goods, where final products are sampled and evaluated for compliance with all applicable chemical and physical customer and regulatory requirements.

Once approved for quality, Moist Ferrous Sulfate is processed by our automated manufacturing system, which includes drying, sizing and packaging. With three independent gas fired rotary kilns - and additional drying capacity at Add-Iron (North Lima, Ohio) - we have the largest Ferrous Sulfate drying capacity in North America. QC processes Moist Ferrous Sulfate Heptahydrate crystals into Dried Diamond Brand® Ferrous Sulfate Heptahydrate and Monohydrate. All of the forms of Ferrous Sulfate that are processed and offered by QC Corporation are "Technical Grade" materials (not fit for human consumption) and are low in heavy metals.
